Terms & Conditions
When placing an order at Lovejingles.com, you must fully accept and authorize the terms and conditions stated below. You understand, agree and acknowledge that these terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, Lovejingles.com and Gulsparv Partners (owner of Lovejingles.com), and that your use of Lovejingles.com shall indicate your conclusive acceptance of this agreement.
- You are free to send in any products or promotional items that you wish to have visible in your video (contact us for the address). We will, however, not send back anything or pay any delivery costs.
- Lovejingles.com and Gulsparv Partners have full creative freedom when recording your jingle. We do not accept any requests for refunds if you(God forbid) do not like the jingle we record for you. We are sorry about this, but it would mean tons of extra work for us and we prefer to focus on the fun parts of this project. We do, however, offer refunds in such instances when no jingle gets produced after the order has been approved and paid for (e.g. if we get stuck in a car crash). On the other hand, if our performer Love gets sick, we will provide a substitute artist to perform the jingle and, thus, no refunds will be offered in such instances.
- Lovejingles.com and Gulsparv Partners have the full rights to deny any request for a jingle if we feel that it is not morally acceptable to publish a jingle for a specific theme, brand or individual requested. So, anyone hoping to get a jingle supporting weapons, porn or drugs (with the exception of alcohol) should not bother ordering a jingle from us.
- Lovejingles.com and Gulsparv Partners are not legally responsible for any material or information that you upload when ordering your jingle. By placing your order, you authorize that you have full legal rights to use and publish any uploaded information or material (music composition/lyrics in all formats, audio files, video files, images, logotypes, fonts, trademarks etc.). When you submit content to Lovejingles.com you simultaneously grant Lovejingles.com and Gulsparv Partners an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free license to record, publish, display, modify, distribute and syndicate your content worldwide. You confirm and warrant that you have the required authority to grant the above license to Lovejingles.com and Gulsparv Partners. Please make sure to clear this with your legal representative (if you have one) before ordering your jingle.
- Lovejingles.com and Gulsparv Partners will distribute all recorded jingles online as streamed video and links through YouTube.com, Facebook.com, Twitter.com, Flickr.com and Lovejingles.com. However, ordering a new jingle through Lovejingles.com does not grant you any distribution or publishing rights in any other format or media, such as TV, radio or as mp3-files. Lovejingles.com and Gulsparv Partners hold all legal rights for any distribution in other channels or formats, and thus, local laws for royalties and copyright will apply for such distribution. If you wish to use a jingle from Lovejingles.com for promotional purposes in other channels than the online channels listed above, please get in touch with us.
